RETURNS AND REFUNDS


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN - WITHDRAWAL

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, by sending an explicit request via email to rominas@b2vibe.com, clearly stating the intention to return the product(s).

Once the request has been received, our Customer Service will authorize the return by sending an email containing:

  • a Return Authorization Number,

  • a return address sheet to be printed and applied to the outside of the package,

  • and detailed instructions to complete the return procedure.

The goods must be returned to the address provided within and no later than 14 days from the return authorization date. The deadline is considered met if the goods are handed over to the courier before the expiration of this 14-day period.

Please note:
In the case of withdrawal, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the customer remains fully liable for the return shipment until it is delivered to the indicated return address.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN -  INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the event of receiving a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, the issue must be reported by sending an email to rominas@b2vibe.com within 2 days of delivery.

  • For evident defects or transport damage, the 2-day period applies from the delivery date.

  • For non-evident defects, the legal warranty remains valid for 24 months from the date of delivery, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 and European Directive 771/2019/EC.

The email must include:

  • a clear description of the issue encountered,

  • and photographs documenting the defect or damage.

Customer Service will assess the case and, if approved, will provide a prepaid return label for the shipment of the item.
The customer must indicate whether they prefer a replacement or a refund; this will be evaluated based on product availability.

In such cases return shipping costs will be entirely at our expense.

LEGAL CONFORMITY GUARANTEE

All products are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Conformity, which protects the customer against defects that render the product non-compliant with the purchase agreement.

The guarantee is valid for 24 months from the delivery date, provided that the lack of conformity is reported within 26 months from delivery.

In the event of defects or non-conformities, the customer has the right to request:

  • the repair or replacement of the product, or

  • a refund, in the cases provided for by the applicable legislation.

To initiate the procedure, the customer must follow the instructions described in the section "HOW TO MAKE A RETURN – INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS", specifying the reason as "Damaged, non-compliant or incorrect product", and attaching one or more images of the issue.

Please note:
Authorization to return the product does not constitute automatic recognition of the defect. The returned item will be subject to appropriate quality checks to verify the reported non-conformity.
Only after such verification will any refund be processed, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

REFUND TERMS

Returns will be processed within 14 working days from the date the goods are received at our warehouse.
Refunds will be issued only after the necessary quality checks have been completed, or, in the case of non-conformity claims, after verification of the reported issue.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Delays due to holidays or force majeure may occur, but every effort will be made to minimize them.
